Has your Section or Branch ever faced questions related to copyright and permissions? Were you not quite sure how to answer some of those questions?

When it comes to copyright and permissions, it can be easy to become confused. (Believe me – I’ve been there!) Maybe you’re wondering how you can use the ASCE logo on your Section or Branch website. What about an article you were interested in posting online? Who can you go to for help?

A new PR University webinar on copyright and permissions will demystify these issues and discuss how they may apply to your Section or Branch. We will discuss a variety of topics related to copyright and permissions, including fair use, permission to reprint, photos and logo usage. In addition, we’ll talk about what you should do if someone asks to use your original work.

This free webinar will be held on Wednesday, April 6, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern. For more information or to register, click here.

More information on the PR University training program can be found on ASCE’s website.

Has your Section or Branch faced any questions related to copyright and permissions? Tell us about them!
