Terry Neimeyer, P.E., BCEE, MASCE, FACEC is CEO and Chairman of the Board of KCI Technologies, a multi-disciplined engineering firm headquartered in Baltimore, MD with 25 offices in 17 states in the Mid/South/North Atlantic region. KCI has over 1,000 employees and over $130 million in annual revenues and is ranked number 98 on the Engineering News Record (ENR) top 500.

Terry is the immediate past Chairman of the American Council of Engineering Companies who represent the business interests of over 5,000 firms nationwide with over 320,000 employees. He is also the past Chairman of the Design Professionals Coalition, ACEC’s large firm roundtable. Terry now serves on the Boards of the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure and the United States Chamber of Commerce.

He earned his B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Delaware, a M.S. in environmental engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and a M.B.A. from Wilmington College and is a registered professional engineer in six states.
