As ASCE’s 2013 President, Greg met with members and shared his perspective on our three strategic initiatives - Infrastructure, Sustainability and Raise the Bar. He presided over the release of the 2013 Report Card for America’s Infrastructure on Capitol Hill, testified before Congress on infrastructure issues and met with our counterparts in India, South Korea, and Japan. Greg recently retired from his position as the Chief Executive Officer of the Tualatin Valley Water District in Portland, Oregon.
